Releases for the Week of May 15th, 2016 (Dates are Subject to change)

Shadow of the Beast (PS4)

The legend of Aarbron is told once more as you embark upon a ferocious action adventure, seeking to dethrone the evil lord Maletoth, in the visually stunning world of Shadow of the Beast.

Homefront: The Revolution (PS4, XONE, PC)

Homefront: The Revolution throws players into a near future dystopia. Catastrophic events have brought the United States to its knees and enabled the Korean People’s Army forces to impose a brutal military occupation. Trapped in this American nightmare, Philadelphia has become a police state, where surveillance drones and armored patrols keep her once-proud citizens at heel, crushing any dissent with totalitarian force.

Soft Body (PS4, PC)

Soft Body is an action/puzzle game that infuses the twinstick shooter with a surreal sense of control and style. Inspired by the simplicity and joy of twin-stick shooters and other arcade games, players take control of two beautiful, gooey snakes at the same time (one with each analog stick). Together, you use the snakes to paint the world, which continually changes around you, while dodging bullets and popping enemies. Both soothing and tense, Soft Body combines the challenge and twitchy fun of quickrestart action games with a smooth, meditative aesthetic.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered (PS4)

Set against the backdrop of a world war, Welkin, Alicia, and the other fierce members of Squad 7 fight for the liberation of Gallia against the crushing power of the Empire and its Valkyria, as depicted in the Squad 7 Armored Case. All launch copies of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will come packaged in this limited edition metal case, making this a true collector’s version.

Shadwen (PS4, PC)

Shadwen is a stealth-action game where the only rule is to remain unseen. Stay hidden – or the ruthless guards will kill you on sight!

Mimic Arena (XONE, PC)

Fight alongside your past selves in this techno bullet hell arena. You must master the arts of jump, shoot, and repeat if you wish to stand a chance. Jump off walls to avoid the onslaught of bullets heading your way. Shoot an assortment of weapons that blanket the battlefield in brightly colored destruction.

You know the usual...Writer of articles, novels, and anything else that pops into mind. Lover of nostalgia, film, books, and playing video games.

They all look like shit except for shadow of the beast. Looks like a next-gen, side scrolling god of war
