Platinum Games CEO Steps Down

CEO and president of Platinum Games, Tatsuya Minami, has officially resigned from his position. To be more accurate, he actually resigned back in late-March, but it is only just now being made public.

Minami worked for the company for many years as one of its founding members, having worked on games for Capcom in a producer position before merging his own company ODDS with SEEDS to form Platinum.

Minami’s replacement in the company will be Kenichi Sato.

A long-time nerd with far too much time on his hands. Enjoys playing video games and watching anime, among other media-related hobbies.
